SFG’s Renegade OPS Review

SFG writes: When the makers of the Just Cause series, Avalanche, announced it was making a download only title. I was pretty intrigued. After playing the demo for Just Cause 2, I thought the demo was fun, but the game felt a little clunky. A few months after the release, I was able to pick up JC 2, for a very good price. I love open world games, so I thought it was worth the purchase. While the game still felt a little rough, It totally sucked up my life, and I have spent over 90 hours on the game. Avalanche started showing off assets for their new title, it was a top down vehicle shooter called, Renegade OPS. I have this certain affinity for top down shooters, but after the abomination that was Red Faction: Battle Grounds, I wasn’t sure if it was worth the pick up. After a run through the demo, and with the PS Plus discount, my wallet was coming out. Below is the run down, on my run through.
