In many of these cases the character becomes way cooler, in others, the character change is for the worse. Regardless of where they fall in the list, all 10 of these characters were made into badasses in the games that followed their debut. This can be in their appearance, personality, or both. This list is for the ones that made the biggest leap from weakling or everyday character, to absolute badass."
The PS2 still took plenty of inspiration from the arcade, leading to a lot of frustration over ottsels, stunts, and, uh, hands of God.
