Now before I mount my soapbox, let me just say that I loved Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood, that game occupied the Western shooter genre in my heart until Red Dead Redemption came out. I expected to be similarly intrigued by the sequel, despite the genre confusion of a Western shooter in a modern-day era. The decision to move an entire franchise out of an established era, and into a new one (and not a practical one at that) was an incredibly bold one,an incredibly stupid one.
Want more Red Dead Redemption 2? There are plenty of other games that are worth checking out if you’re looking to scratch that frontier itch.
Call of Juarez: Gunsinger and The Cartel recently vanished from digital storefronts, but the game's aren't gone for good. The developer Techland is now in charge of publishing.
I wish they'd re-release/remaster Gunslinger as a physical copy on PS4. I'm really not keen on digital only.
My little brother actually spent money on this at the weekend, I just about slapped him. He also spent money on dead island and almost instantly loaned me it so he could play the cartel so I sorta forgave it.
Somehow not many people know that CoJ and Dead Island were made by the same people. After giving up on CoJ halfway through, I decided that I would never buy another Techland game again. Good thing, because Dead Island seems to be down right horrible.
They completely blew it with this one.But i still played it to the end cause it was such a trainwreck and that made it just downright hilarious since i borrowed it from a friend but he was like "just keep it".
Can't wait to get this hilariously bad game. They deserve every sent for all the laughs it will cause.
Hmm crazy
