Japanese game publishers pay employees to have a lot of sex

One of the larger problems in Japan is an aging population and a shortage of new people. Hence, there should be more children born to meet all the needs of the country. Even gaming publishers like Namco Bandai are helping in this process.

I wish we had something like that :'(

NYC_Gamer4639d ago

That kind of bonus should come to the western world

DarkBlood4639d ago

dont know man thats alot of dieases not a job im willing to risk for money lol id rather die :P

FlameBaitGod4638d ago

You know that its with the same wife...

SilentNegotiator4638d ago (Edited 4638d ago )

The western world has PLENTY of (young) people. Lots of Catholics being taught that using birth control is unacceptable even with their spouse. Dang it, that guy in the scriptures was punished for not allowing his wedlocked wife to get pregnant, not just because he used the "pull-out method"

....but I know what you're saying. Yay sex. Sorry for the social commentary rant.

dredgewalker4638d ago

@Silent

I know what you're saying, it's even worse in my country since their giving "abortion" and "contraception" the same meaning. It feels like the dark ages coming back here and the church is trying to make us ignorant again.

I would love to "help-out" in increasing Japan's population :)

kornbeaner4638d ago

Why do we need something like that in the western world? people in the U.S. already take advantage of welfare by having way too many kids as it is, if something like this we're to arrive, man, I can't even imagine how much more lazy those people would become.

Ness-Psi4638d ago

@Flamebaitgod

what the whole company sleeps with the same wife...that ho!

gamingdroid4638d ago (Edited 4638d ago )

A lot of the western worlds problem stems from unwanted children.

I wish more people would adopt these children, but the process to do that is relatively stringent. The sad part, any moron can have a kid!

Not that this applies to Japan in any way, but it reminds me how sh!tty the world really is and how lucky some of us are.

Loadedklip4638d ago

Mexicans would love this.

AngryTypingGuy4638d ago

Japan should bring in some Hispanics, inner city blacks looking for a handout, and the Duggars from that 19 Kids and Counting show. Problem solved.

Knuxxx4637d ago

Hell no. People are already needy enough as it is with foodstamps and welfare. They don't even call it welfare in the south, it's called "benifits" No wonder people are content to live off the government.

Read the article. It's mistitled.

It should be titled that it pays for having children, not having sex.

Yeah you (generally) need to do the first to get the latter, but this "deal" is paying a one-time assistance ($2,000 dollars, about) for having children. You can have lots and lots of sex without seeing a single yen if there are no kids produced.

...And if you have kids, you know that a mere two thousand dollars isn't exactly a gold mine.

novcze4638d ago

Yep, but I it's shame when they think that increased population will cure their economics and problems with aging of the population. The Earth has only limited resources.

TacoTaru4638d ago

Unfortunately we could never have something like that in the USA. There would be an outcry (heard by lawyers) that it discriminates against some protected groups. In the long dead past IBM gave promotions to employees when they married or had a child because those events were considered "good" and also caused the need for more money for the family. The days of common sense are gone here.

BubbleSniper4637d ago

theyd be having more kids if theyd cut down on the damned bukkake.

gatormatt804637d ago

If we had that over here I'd put my company into bankruptcy XD

DarkBlood4639d ago

that seems a little more like they need more children so they can make more money, its not even about life itself is it?

Kingsora4639d ago

It's all about the money, always

Pozzle4638d ago

Japan is a very career-oriented society though. I (sadly) know of people who have committed suicide over losing their jobs, because the shame of not being employed was far more important to them than their own life. Quite sad. :(

DarkBlood4638d ago

i somehow knew that and i know they have a honor system but damn thats too far

thebudgetgamer4638d ago (Edited 4638d ago )

i'll be right back, gotta get something out of the car.

"Let Me Solo Her" Receives A Special Award From Namco Bandai For His 1000th Victory Against Malenia

Immersed Gamer writes: "Let Me Solo Her is a legendary Elden Ring player who mastered one of the most infamous bosses to help his fellow tarnished via co-op. And for his service, he received an award from Namco Bandai to commemorate his 1,000th victory. The reward in question is a real, and extremely dope, custom-made sword.

Malenia is regarded as the hardest boss in Elden Ring, and the relentless Tarnished has defended literally thousands of hosts against this malice. Let Me Solo Her apparently passed 2,000 Malenia kills a while back, but it’s hard to measure the exact count he is at now. Bandai Namco sent the gift his way when he was at around 1,000 kills. But due to the nature of the object, it got stuck in customs for a while!"

TTT is one of my all time favorite games, but I always found its soundtrack to be terrible. I'd mute the music and put my own on.
