The graphics are cell shaded. I'm not even talking about that. Just the overall HUD could of at least changed. Sometimes it's the little things that counts.
TBH if I never had of beat borderlands 1 I would have thought that this was a level I didn't get to......

Would it really matter though? Fair enough, with a new game, you expect improvements in visuals and gameplay, but the visuals in Borderlands were "beyond its time".

I would much rather it continue as it is. That's just my opinion though.

They should have added some dancing, fruit slicing, and platforming to make it better. . . Wait. No they shouldn't have. Borderlands 2 should be a bigger and more polished version of Borderlands.

Unbelievable, you get to rescue a midget? This is amazing. I just love how the enemies move now, they look much better in terms of animation quality. If only it was true HD.

I was a huge fan of the original borderlands. I actually beat it on both playthrough 1 and playthrough 2 with 3 of my other buddies. It was the most fun I've had this generation.

Same here. Played the first one through 3 times and enjoyed each play through.
I used a different class each time which made it a real challenge.

Me and my best mate spent well over 100 hours on the first game and we are already psyched by the look of this!

For the guys that would love a complete revamp in graphics and style just remember one thing: do you buy a game to look at or to play?! seriously who actually stops mid-game and admires the scenery?! You try that in Borderlands and i swear a midget will chew your ass off!

Loved the first Borderlands, but I will probably do what I did with the first and wait for the GoTY edition/bundled DLC pack to buy it when it gets cheap.

Ohhhhh man! Just. Whaat?! Some serious ass kicking brother! Look at the action. Ah. With the calm-down also come clarity that the RPG of it is probably somewhere behind.
Not so much in out interactions like some of us would like but, I'll just take it for what it is. A great action shooter with just a great ending in the demo. I mean, two mid-fingaz? YES!
