EuroGamer - One of the nicest things that happened last year was that Joe Danger was really successful. Built by four guys in a room in Guildford after they quit their studio jobs to make something they would want to play, it was a cartoon stunt bike game inspired by Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and Sonic the Hedgehog, and beneath its breezy, cheerful exterior thumped the heart of a wonderful high-scores game. We gave it an 8/10 and said, "If you like collecting things, going fast, beating times, posting scores... If you like video games, basically, you ought to like this."
Hello Games announced that Joe Danger and its sequel, Joe Danger 2: The Movie, are now available on PC via Steam.
BeefJack: RECOMMENDED - "Whether you’re looking for a casual, colourful game that will let you make your way through it at your own pace, or a tricky puzzler that rewards precision and quick thinking, Joe Danger has something to offer you."
GameDynamo - "Joe Danger: The Movie is a fun little title whose biggest challenge will be stepping out of the shadow of similar titles. The follow up to 2010's Joe Danger, the title initially feels like a clone of the Trials series. However, when playing it longer, the title eventually carves out its own unique addictive qualities."
