The Syrup Company presents the top 5 best Final Fantasy games of all time.
Gary Green said: We’re finding ourselves in a similar position with the Pixel Remaster edition of Final Fantasy IV as we were with Final Fantasy III since, once again, we’ve received a slightly upscaled, more vibrant port of the original game when there’s already an expanded 3D remake available. As such, we’re playing a game which, even after its long-awaited release, still lives very much in the shadow of its remake.
If only they didn't screw ps4 owners over with a physical release. I'd have ran through this in a heartbeat.
The first one I played, it was the one that made me fall in love with JRPGs and is still my favorite to this day. A masterpiece
Final Fantasy 7 has come back under the spotlight thanks to the release of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, but is it worth replaying the original?
Very much so. Graphically it's dated but the story and the gameplay haven't aged a day. It's still one of my all time favourite RPGs and for me is better than Remake in some ways.

How FFV is in over FFIX is beyond me.
FF7 was my first Final Fantasy but then from their i bought me a snes to play the older ones and i will say It's not my favorite Final Fantasy as well.
When you said it was FF13 i was like What! then you say FF6 and i couldnt agree more. The story is so good and it felt very good playing it.
My top 5 in no particular order would be 4,6,7,9,10.
Meh a 10 year old made it so no clue what hes talking about. But hey chrono trigger>any final fantasy.
Well it is an opinion piece and he did make FFVI number 1. So I can live with that... I guess. lol!
