Frontier: "No RollerCoaster Tycoon 4 in the coming months"

I wish they would just release a new game already. I played a lot of RollerCoaster Tycoon growing up.

I would at least like to see the original on some platforms like the Vita. I played Zoo Tycoon DS, and that worked well with touch controls, why not RCT?

It's a shame. A few months ago on the Atari forums there was an official post made, asking the fans what they'd want for a RCT4, as they were considering it. Looks like they got our hopes up for nothing.

Such a great series. I'll bet they've made a load of money on them, seems silly not to continue that.

hope they are working on a sequal. god i love that game. even though the third one was'nt as good as the first two games.
What else does Frontier got up their sleeves? PC market is in a good shape now, and might be good idea releasing for the consoles too seeing how large the install base is..

Just so people know this has nothing to do with Roller Coaster Tycoon 4. This is about Frontier's RC game. Atari is working on RCT4. So RCT4 could come out in 2012. Plus Frontier only ever made the third game. The first two were made by another company.

So I am looking forward to Atari's one more. Plus Atari was trying to work with Chris again. The brains behind this series. So this means there is two RC games coming out soon. But the one from Atari will be RCT4.

So at the end of the day two new RC games will be coming out & I look forward to playing both.
