I've played on FortressCraft and I still think it's a Minecraft clone with a few added things in Notch hasn't added ....yet. Besides the modders do a load of things which has even made Notch support them in the next update.

Sorry to say but FortressCraft is a clone of Minecraft while on the other hand Terraria isn't. That game took inspiration from Minecraft and made a completly fresh game within the Minecraft genre just like how Notch was inspired by infiniminer, he took some elements and made his own game. FortressCraft on the other hand just took the idea, added a few things and released it on a system which Notch hadn't got to yet.
While I respect Arcas's defense of the different aspects of FortressCraft...you can't simply copy every single block in Minecraft, have such a similar name and have nearly all new blocks based off pre-existing Minecraft mods and say you didn't copy anything. Yet Arcas does this with a straight face.
