While i dont like the idea, since i dont see how it would be posible to do this on a console game since they are disc based & not cartridge based i guess i dont really care all that much.

Limited save slots need to be banned in all of gaming. It was useful when games just had enough storage to save a few game profiles but it's now obsolete.
