Osaka-based developer SNK and Tokyo-based developer Arika have announced a deal to collaborate in the reviving of SNK's older IPs.
Today, during the King of Fighters XV tournament at EVO Japan, SNK had a new tease to share about the upcoming new Fatal Fury Game.
The developer known for its classic 2D fighters has seen many ups and downs.

While it's true that Street Fighter, Tekken, and Mortal Kombat have become the dominant franchises in the genre, SNK's classic series helped the genre flourish with a multitude of innovations that its rivals adapted and improved upon. If you have never played any of them, give one a try. You'll be taking in a full dose of gaming history, and will be ready for whatever SNK has up its sleeves for the next few years.
SNK in 2023 and the future is fine now. They just got bought out by a Saudi Arabian firm that grew up on their games. They stated a goal of creating AAA games now. So SNK is in their kitchen whipping up that heat for us. It's about to get crazy.
nice. i think sony should put both the neogeo and pc engine games onto ps suite for the android os.
None of these titles are going to make you go out and by a PS3/ PSP/ PSV for them, so they may as well let devs/publishers to get a higher market penetration.
The more PS1/ pc engine/ neogeo titles android users get, the more likely they will mvoe to PSV because all the games they got will work with the system as well.
out of every system ever I always wished I had a NEOGEO
