A few minutes ago, Chuck Bittner (aka AskACapper) posted an image on Twitter. It was an email from Jeep Barnett of Valve confirming that custom button remapping will be added to Portal 2.

This is a feature I really want in my games. I don't know why so many devs are neglecting this feature now. It used to be pretty common.
Anyone know or have an idea why console games don't have custom button remapping? Because I can't think of any.
