Housemarque has opened up the pre-order of Nex Machina on Steam from today. It is priced at INR 565, but if you pre-order it, you get a 20% discount.
I think you should make it clear it's available for pre Purchase via Steam because it has been available for Pre Purchase on the PSN Store for quite a while.
