The thing is (and I will get plenty of disagrees for this), I actually find women who are into geek culture or are geeks themselves sexy.

They tend to be the ones, if they are gaming, that I want to spend time with. They will watch the same movies as I do, play the same games, and watch the same shows. Even read the same types of books. I don't know what the problem is with the homos that hate them so much.

Everyone knows how bad Xbox live is. It's something i'm surprised microsoft haven't tried to address seeing as they are trying to give the xbox a family friendly image. They do take action though, my friend got some sort of mic ban at one point for constantly chatting crap down the mic every game.

I personally mute if things get outta hand. I don't bother reporting because I'm usually not actually offended or feel threatened. Just annoyed, so I don't really care. But if I ever feel offended, I do report.

Literally everyone gets harassed on the internet. Racism, sexism, homophobia, hating on gingers, being new to the game, making stupid mistakes, etc. Literally everyone has something to be harassed about. Us girls are no different, and it just comes with the territory of being anywhere online. I actually kinda think that gaming should remain a primarily male dominated area. it's one of the few places that men can actually BE men any more. We're no longer allowed to show ANY sign of aggression or exhibit any of the natural behavior that men actually show - so when you see the 30 year old guys spending their days on Call of Duty, it's because they've found an outlet.
Women are leaking into every single area they can in modern society, even passing laws to make it a requirement that they be represented in many areas such as Government.. can we please just have ONE place where men can be men without women being part of it? Just ONE place: gaming? Just leave us one place where men can just relax and have fun with other guys.

That's stupid. I've been gaming since I was super young. Gaming hasn't ever JUST been a boys club. The majority is still boys in the core gaming crowd, but who cares if us girls play too?
