The story needs a reboot or they should explain every ones background some more - sort of like what Lucas did with Star Wars.

I really want to know more about the Zoras as they look like a very intresting group.

Would be EPIC if Ganadorf was Links and Zeldas father.

Oh man that woul be a HUGE plot twist. It would make the story in this game gold instantly.
I can just imagine Ganondorf saying "Link I am your father" and he just stands there either speechless or makes some kind of grunt or groan since thats about all he can do with his voice.

As OOT explains, Ganon is a man of the Gerudo ( reincarnated).
Link is a Hylian so is zelda.
Ganons true form is ganondorf...He could never give birth to kids like that.

Every zelda( which doesnt introduces a direct sequel) game represents incarnations. The story of the triforce( power wisdom courage), the 3 goddes and the guardians(7 sages) can't be really altered. As it will completely change the whole world.

And keep in mind that not every zelda game is about Ganon or saving the princess.
