Disney Interactive hints at DLC plans for Disney Universe

When Disney Interactive's upcoming title Disney Universe comes out, the game will feature a number of levels themed after different Disney major motion pictures such as 'Monster's Inc' and 'Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland'. The game will also have 40 on-disk characters represented such as Stitch from 'Lilo and Stitch', Sam Flynn from 'Tron: Legacy', and Nemo from 'Finding Nemo'. Knowing that a large number of other Disney characters and properties will be left out of the game at launch, the company will be releasing DLC packs post-launch to expand the game's roster and universe.

... I know I can now scratch this of any potential buy-list I might have had.

I don't do incomplete games. I don't do DLC.

Yes, because any time a developer offers DLC, it's because they stole content out of the regular game just to screw us over.

Most of the time it is content that is already on the disc or should have been. Capcom (RE5,MvsC3,SF4,SSF4),EA(NCAA,M adden)Namco(Tekken)
etc. However some are great examples of DLC Bethesda(Fall Out) Rockstar(GTA4,RDR)

LBP has constant DLC, yet you never complain.

This game is similar in concept to LBP, so it would only make sense.

Usually it sounds like this: “I want to get Timmy/Annie a video game for Christmas since they love to play, but I am SURE they already have [insert name of newest game here].”
Most people don’t realize how daunting staring at a hallway filled with games can be for a non-gamer, or someone that might not stay in touch with what the kid wants or has. This experience becomes even more perplexing when you visit retailers like Toys R us that has a whole section of the store devoted to the electronic gaming child in all of us.
