This isn't an Assassin's Creed game then. It flies against everything about the Assassin's Brotherhood that Ubisoft created with the other titles about how they came to the conclusion that they can't have flashy public killings and have to operate in the shadows.

That being said, this article could only be touching on certain events in the game, and the overall game itself is still the same.

I couldn't imagine an AC games without stealth.

Agreed the main draw of AC has always been about playing in free roaming epic historical locations.

That has been, and will continue to be the main selling point of AC. That is why we will most likely never see a AC game set mostly in a modern setting.

Exactly what I was about to say.

Even the ACB demonstration had loads of explosions and yet the final game contained numerous of stealth missions.

Same thing's happening with the new Hitman (my most anticipated game of 2012).

One mission, probably the tutorial level, is shown in private and most people are all panicing, saying the game is ruined, etc.

Personally I like to see actual gameplay or at least more gameplay before making a decision

Well said. I remember reading an article a while ago saying something about some parts of the game having every single NPC against you and out to find you. Could be a bit tricky and irritating, but could make for some pretty fun stealthy gameplay.

Hopefully they don't go "full retard" with all the stuff from Brotherhood i.e.: Tanks/Blueprint inventions.

That stuff was fun and all, but it's like the game has progressively become more and more easier as they introduce more features.

I hope AC stays true to its roots. I'm starting to hate the yearly releasing, too. It just makes each game feel way too much like the same as the previous.
