Are “Too” Many Games Coming out in November?

Let’s face it the fourth quarter of the year is always packed with great AAA games, but one month in particular is jammed packed with AAA games. That month is November.

Pretty much yeah, there are 4 games I'm planning on getting / hoping to get in November, and there are others around it too like the ICO/SoTC collection and Mass Effect 3 which is still pretty rough even with the space between those. I've had €200 put aside so far and will obviously need more, I just hope no limited or collector editions that are announced catch my eye. -_-

Didnt ME3 get delayed? And Yeah, there are alot of games. MW3, Skyrim, Uncharted 3, Assassins creed revalations

Yeah apparently ME3 is scheduled for early 2012 release (I'm assuming February probably), and ICO/SoTC collection is apparently September (although I won't hold my breath will all the delays of that and TLG).

no down the road a few of those games will get delayed just because MW3 comes out that month that always happens

A few games will get delayed. If not I`ll be buying basically all of the BIG ONES aside from CODMW3 (unless I`m convinced otherwise, pending a miracle.)

Yep. In November alone, I want:

Modern Warfare 3
Battlefield 3
Assassin's Creed: Revelations
The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings
Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception

If that's not overkill, I don't know what is. But as Kon said, simply spread out your purchases if you want a bunch. Save to get two in November and then get two in December or whatever!

Maybe too many games that appeal to the exact same demographic but I wouldn't say too many games in general, no. I only really care to get Skyrim. That's all I reasonably have time and money for and I'm comfortable waiting a year or two to play Uncharted 3.

Definitely but I'm ok with it...I mean just in Holiday alone I'm getting (not all at once...some will bleed into 2012) Resistance 3, Gears 3, Arkham City, MW3, BF3, Uncharted 3, Skyrim, AC: Revelations and then of course ME3 in Jan 2012....geeze game industry, been busy apparently

There can never be too many games. If you can't afford all of them, just ask for one for the holidays. Or wait until a dry spell.

People complain too much. If only a few games come out, then a system isn't doing well. Then you get all the games you can handle, and you still got complaints.

Damned if you do, and damned if you don't.

And before any smart ass tries to point it out, I do realize that I am complaining about the complainers.
