Saiyan Island writes "A brand new Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact scan from V-Jump has been released! It shows Sasuke fighting the 5th Mizukage (Mei Terumi), the 4th Raikage (A), and 5th Kazekage (Gaara) at the Kage Summit."

yeah i wish it was on PS3/360. the game looks very cool for psp, but for ps3/360 oh snaps it would have been a whole new ball game! i wonder why they did this

Awesome! I'm glad Gaara's in it. I get bummed if Gaara isn't a game as a playable character. :p
I just hope we get more than '20 usable characters'. Otherwise, it looks pretty good. Here's hoping Storm 3 adds everything this game has and more.
