IGN writes: A few months ago, we all got swept up in an avalanche of Dead Island. Within days we went from knowing nothing about the game to having a "so serious it hurt" trailer that was everywhere on the Internet to seeing it in action and finding a goofy zombie slasher with racial stereotypes. In the whirlwind, it was hard to get an accurate read on if people liked the game or were just cranky it wasn't the piano-driven backwards video so many fell in love with.
The dust has settled and I just put down the Dead Island controller. I do like open-world, 4-player cooperative zombie killer so far. It's still rough around the edges and a bit clunky (especially when driving), but when I lop off a zombie's head with a machete and blood explodes across the screen in slow motion, it's hard not to fall in love.
We might be in the age of remasters, but it doesn't look like the Dead Island 2 devs believe remaking the original game is the right move for the series.
but remakes require far less effort for these companies and they can still charge $70 for them!
Feel like everyone makes fun of Skyrim re-releasing like 18 times yet applaud these remasters elsewhere. Would much prefer NEW games
Making sequels really is the way to go. Otherwise we'll be stuck playing only the first entry, forever!!!

It’s the music. It’s perfect. I agree with this for sure, it is well choreographed….unfortunately the game didn’t live up to the trailer.
Have you ever seen any of the MGS 3 or MGS 4 trailers? Those blow this out of the water for me.

Unfortunately, not every game from the Xbox 360 library has received this glorious feat of being able to be played on more modern Microsoft consoles."
The Spider-man games will never happen. The xbox 360 Marvel Ultimate Alliance games have a better chance of happening than Spider-man titles but won't happen. The Xbox One Ultimate Alliance games delisted years ago
Yeah... you can totally forget about those entries that got delisted because of licensing issues. Those are not happening.
A few months later they will probably change their tune.
I'll be getting the best version (PC)
The PC will mostly likey get FREE custom maps made by the pubic.
I can see this being a better version of cod zombies which is great, the amount of fun cod zombies is with mates is top notch and a full game dedicated to co-op zombies is going to be top draw
Another great game to look forward to. E3 is just around the corner.
