Botchweed: "Back in the good ol’ eighties, action cinema centred around one common concept: The Badass. This was a guy who took no messin’ from jive-ass fools and rained pain on those who stood between him and his goal, while causing as many explosions, creative deaths and one-liners as possible (see: Commando, Cobra).
Video games are known to often take inspiration from movies, so join us as we draw up our picks of Gaming’s Greatest Badasses. They’ve punched, shot, stabbed and disembowled their way through what must be collectively millions of bad guys, and despite their murder-ific tendencies, we still love ‘em like they can do no wrong. Check out our picks of the biggest, baddest wolves in gaming, and find out why they huffed and puffed and blew our freakin’ heads off."

Golden Axe is a great game I enjoyed it on the SMS, Genesis and in the arcade. Great game but it truly was a quarter eater back in the day. I wish Sega could get the rights to the arcade port of Moonwalker another great arcade game I enjoyed. Collect so many monkeys and become Robo Michael lol.
SEGA's Condemned: Criminal Origins arrived as an innovative yet flawed Xbox 360 launch title, but is worth revisiting on modern consoles.
Would actually love to see a remake/reboot of Condemned. So very underappreciated... I was a bit of an Xbox hateboy back during the time this came out. But I did own a 360 for a short time back then. Thankfully this is one of the games I got to check out. Thanks to it being super cheap at a GameStop. At least it got a sequel, but it deserved to be a whole franchise honestly.
I am still playing Condemned 1 & 2. Both games deserve a remake or remaster. I am still baffled why 2 is not on the back compat list.
Videos of the canceled Dead Rising: Dia De Los Muertos have come to light, giving us a look into what the game could have been.
Shame loved the Dead Rising series. Even enjoyed 4 but not sure why they removed the campain co op.
Dead rising 1 was one of my favorite games back in the day. I never got into the others like I did DR1. DR2 was ok but 3 and 4 were kinda lame.
Good Riddance. Capcom Vancouver's entries are a big stain on what was a great, charming game series.
The ideas shown here are the pinnacle of their ineptness. Yeah, let's remove items on the ground, a core mechanic to the franchise, and one that people would show they still love in BOTW 2 years later.
Great mention for golden axe :)
