The GB Crew check out Bullet Soul in a demo from the Japanese 360 marketplace. In this crazy awesome shmup you select one of three bullet-spewing ships to fly through condensed shmup soup. The screen is literally always filled with bullets so the only way to avoid being hit by them is to kill the enemy of origin.
Windows Central writes: Bullet Soul is a vertically-scrolling shoot 'em up (shmup) featuring four playable modes, four characters, and 2-player local co-op. This is one sweet shmup for PC players, and the Xbox 360 version is also playable on Xbox One.
Carlos "April proved to be a fantastic month for backwards compatible arrivals, with some of the most requested Xbox 360 games finally being made playable on Xbox One, all through the power of emulation. A new month means more titles and this week sees the first of May's BC titles bringing a double whammy for one popular series amongst the masses this week. Are they worth taking a look at?"
I,bought some side scrolling Ninja game back in the day on XBL on 360 but I can't remember the name of it. It was fun as Hell! It was cell shaded and pretty violent. I wish they would bring that to BC. Anyone remember the name of that game?
Gamers Heroes writes: A staple of 90s-era arcades worldwide, the shoot-em-up genre makes a return with the Steam release of 5pb and MAGES’ Bullet Soul. Packing more bullets than an NRA convention, does this danmaku soothe your itchy trigger finger?
Seems like a pretty mediocre shooter. That's a shame. Still, I love the art style.
