IGN writes: "Working out is more important to me now than it's ever been before. Because I spend so much of my week at a desk writing or playing video games, I need to be extra careful with my diet and how much physical activity I get. So I know how hard it is to be consistent with an exercise regimen, which is why fitness video games seem like a great idea: combine the fun of video games with the health benefits of physical activity. But can a fitness game be genuinely fun? I finally played THQ's UFC Personal Trainer and learned more about how this game attempts to legitimize the fitness game genre".
Ben Wright of GamersBliss.com Writes:
"My usual morning routine goes as follows:
1. Wake up, begrudgingly, and go make myself breakfast, egg-white omelet with spinach and sriracha sauce and some turkey bacon.
2. Watch some news programs as I eat.
3. Play videogames for an hour.
4. Shower
5. Start working.
A lot of people reading this are probably curious: “you play videogames for an hour every morning?!” Well yeah, I can’t wake up without it, leads to a more productive day, and it’s a great way to stay in shape!"
That will do it... or you could just get an MMO to run your life without seeing sunshine for weeks.
Ya can see how games will make you lose weight. I mean when i game i go hours without thinking about food or even snacking on crap. TV though makes you fat.
LOL that pic. You know I've seen that movie too much when I remember the lines...
"...And pivot, serve and shift"

Bored of those games sitting on your shelves? No money to fork out on Assassins Creed 3 or Halo 4? Want something new to play this weekend? Well, have no fear because 360 Gamer is here to help!
i actually got both from a prev deal neither game is bad shoot many robots got a lil boring after hittin level cap & i still member the 1st guardian & just wanted it but that Joy ride is ok
this was kinda my idea for a motion control game, but your workout would go towards your character stats. you would go through a career mode like other sport games, but with a lot more training to give a nice little workout, and maybe teach some technique.
during fights you would corner your fighter. with commands or advice able to choose depending on the situation. maybe even able to use voice commands if possible.
not sure how fun, or how well a game like that would work, but i thought it was a better idea than just another fitness game. also my game would have Bas Rutten.
