The family friendly MMORPG, Ether Saga Online is getting a serious upgrade. It's so serious that the folks over at Perfect World decided that it warranted a name change. So now we've got Ether Saga Odyssey instead. The primary idea behind the game is very similar to Pokemon in that you fight and collect creatures, but instead of shoving them into a tiny ball to suffocate, you can merge them with yourself or other creatures to increase power, or even just play as a creature.
The Break of Dawn update for Perfect World Entertainments online PC game Ether Saga Odyssey has gone live, and with it comes a small selection of new screenshots from the game.
Massively: Ether Saga Odyssey is due for an update later this month, and Perfect World Entertainment has let a few details slip through the PR cracks in anticipation of the August 17th street date. The mortals of ESO's middle kingdom must join together to save one another from the evils of the monstrous Risen Phoenix, and the update promises "even tougher monsters" as well.
Ether Saga Odyssey is a free to play 3D fantasy MMORPG with anime style cartoony graphics, simple yet entertaining and fun. It features a slew of unique features and systems that make the game truly one of a kind.
