Terminalgamer.com says :EA Sports takes us back into the ring with the next installment of the Fight Night series. Was it a knockout, or did it lose by decision? Read our review to find out.
It’s been almost a decade since the critically acclaimed Fight Night Champion, the final title in a series of beloved boxing video games from Electronic Arts. Since 2011, the studio has been focused on its mixed martial arts title, UFC, instead. But with the rise of the popularity of boxing again, thanks to fighters like Floyd Mayweather and Tyson Fury, could we possibly have another Fight Night game on the way?
I honestly cannot state enough just how much i want a new fight night!!!
Boxing is one of my fav sports to watch and it has been way to long since iv had a game to enjoy.
Undisputed looks like a ps3 game, cmon EA, stuff UFC, give the people what we really want which is a boxing game!!!
IT'SSSSSSSS FIIIIIIGHT NIIIIIIGHT!!!!
I hope they make it like round four instead of champions but ill take any fight night at this point
They need to go back to the good roots of FN R2 and FN R3. Everything after watered down the formula too much and enabled gimmicks. FNR2&3 are some of the greatest fighting games ever.
From Xfire: "Sports games are the average Joe's best chance at getting to play under the big bright lights with thousands of people in the stands watching their every move. It doesn't matter if you're a hoops junkie or a baseball fan, sports video games let you live out your hopes and dreams."

In the words of the great Stone Cold Steve Austin Ooooh Hell Yeeeeah!!! lol. Also it would be sweet if EA gave us a new Def Jam Fighting game with a roster of Rappers that's unheard of. Biggie.Pun.Pac.Jam Master Jay.Eminem.JayZ.Eazy E.MGK.Naz. and over 60 of the best rappers ever past and present. One can only hope.
So many positive reviews for this game its overwhelming.
As an avid boxing fan I believe it really deserves all the high praise.
as an enthusiast of the sport, i can say without a doubt that this game is terrible. 1 button blocking ruined this game and its random which punches slip through the gloves. head movement means nearly nothing, the bob n weave mechanic is horribly implemented, buying xp to compete in world championship mode?.....its sad. the graphics are the only 10 in this game. i hope Visual Concepts(responsible for nba 2k11) makes a real simulation boxing game because the last 2 installments of fight night have been disappointments.go to ea forums and see the legitimate arguments as to why this game is the worst in the series and believe me it is
Hmmm, I wanted this, but I already have round 4, and was disappointed with the changes they made from round 3. Then to add insult they charge to unlock certain boxers which I refuse to pay for.
Maybe this one really is worth it, but once you get burned its hard to hand over cash. I'll wait for the price to drop a bit more.
Tried the demo. The controls are horrible. For example the guy does multiple punches when you use the right analog stick to punch. In FNR3 that isn't the case, it has much more precise controls.
I really don't get how this game gets so much praise with these horrible controls compared to its predecessors.
