Two games that are possible titles for Neo Geo Station were rated by the ESRB. Ozma Wars and Sasuke vs. Commander, both SNK arcade classics, look to bring new life to the service.
Another old school classic arcade game gets a mini remake. Should it have stayed in your memory bank, or is worth your twelve quarters? Read our review to find out.
Michael Futter writes: SNK has done a deep dive into their library, releasing 8 different titles as Playstation Minis. There are a couple of gems on the list, but Sasuke vs Commander is not one of them.
Michael Futter writes: When Ozma Wars was released by Shin Nihon Kikaku (that’s SNK before it was SNK), I was a scant 10 months old. Prior to its incarnation as a Playstation Mini, I had never heard of the game and was unaware of its contributions to the gaming landscape.
woot.
Not satisfied until I get KOF 95, KOF 98, KOF 2002, KOF XI, The GOOD Fatal Fury Games, and Samurai Shodown 2. I demand MORE!
Chances are these are either going to be 1-1 ports, which are going to be really painful, or "remakes" with no real relation to the original aside from the name.
That they'll be anything like Super Stardust HD will be a welcome surprise, but still a surprise.
About damn time! SNK's lack of support for PSN has been extremely puzzling.
Edit: Errr... just read the article... not what I was talking about. Where the hell is Garou: Mark of the Wolf, Fatal Fury series, Samurai Shodown series, King of FIghters series and all their other obscure fighting and brawler games?!?! They're on XBLA, why the hell aren't they on PSN? Jesus, did devs just get really fucking stupid this gen or what?
Neither of those are Neo Geo games, so this is much more likely to be the ratings for the release of the SNK Arcade Classics Zero compilation which comes out in Japan later this month.

On the subject of Neo Geo Station, I really wish they would release the arranged soundtracks for those games (the Neo Geo CD soundtracks). I probably won't be buying any more of those titles unless they make the arranged soundtracks available too.
