I know it's coming, you know it's coming. Can't wait to press start. One of my favourite franchises this gen.

Just no more Ezzio story :( Want something new.

New character in Victorian London would be sweet...but I kind of want a completely modern day desmond to be the main character this time, if only to wrap up the story.

Lucreto4787d ago

@acky1
Desmond needs more training before that happens. Desmond has the skills for a 16th century assassin in the 21st century.

Victorian London will happen but I say the French revolution is next.

The rumour (or truth?) was that one of the artists for the game mentioned Asia or South America for the location. Personally I think Feudal Japan would be a brilliant choice IF they could pull it off right.

Assassins versus samurai or even ninja has to be a definite plus.

i think its kinda funny that were finding out about games through resumes, what if this guys just adding stuff to get the job? i add stuff to mine...dont tell anyone

tdogchristy904787d ago

But will it be the ending of the current story arch? I want closure dangit!

Lucreto4787d ago

They could have something to bring closure in AC3 like in AC2 we briefly got control of Altair to see where his next of kin came about. Ezio was an important Assassin I am sure their will be records about what eventually happened to him.

tdogchristy904787d ago

It's a great series so I don't mind them continuing the franchise, but like with halo 1-3, I want closure to the current story. Sure halo has continued with off shoots like odst and reach but the main story was complete. AC has been great so far and I don't want them to ruin it by pushing to far.

Christopher4787d ago

*chuckles*

AC3 has been confirmed since the sales of AC2 and AC:Brotherhood :p

Trroy4787d ago (Edited 4787d ago )

When will we see articles that tell it the way it is, like
"Assassin's Creed 3, confirmed via 'duh 7M AC:B sold, of course'"
or
"Modern Warfare 3, confirmed via 20 million CoD:BO"
etc.

When has a multimillion seller *ever* simply vanished, without at least pulling 3-4 sequels, and/or dropping off the sales charts? If it sells over 2.5 million copies, there's going to be another. I think it may actually be a law in some places.

GodofwarGoty4787d ago

LOL everything is getting confirmed from resumes now like

God of war 4 and many others and now assassin creed 3

Ubisoft's Recent Antics Have Me Fearful For The Sands of Time Remake

Hanzala from eXputer: "With Ubisoft's practices becoming increasingly anti-consumer lately, the destruction of The Sands of Time Remake looks almost inevitable."

Hey Ubi, here's a gun, don't shoot yourself in the foot.

*Ubi takes gun, aims at foot, empties clip*

At this point, only dummies have any hope left for Ubi-junk games.

Every industry has these issues

Some companies I’ve worked for were great and some were toxic as hell (UPS when I was a teenager was extremely toxic and I have heard it still is) It all starts at the top. They either hold people accountable , set standards and treat people with respect or the crap rolls downhill.
