Crate Entertainment Annouces ‘Grim Dawn’ RPG

Crate Entertainment recently announced plans for a new action RPG called Grim Dawn. The game places the player in the world of Cairn; where a once proud empire has crumbled into total chaos. A gruesome war has brought two colliding otherworldy forces together: one uses human bodies as a source of their power, the other wishes to destroy the human race before they can be utilized as a weapon. Sounds like it has the potential to be a decent game. I've never heard of Crate Entertainment though so I can't say whether or not it'll be decent for sure.

Farthest Frontier Announced from the Developers of Grim Dawn

From IGN: "Crate Entertainment, the developers behind 2016's excellent action-RPG Grim Dawn, has announced its next project: the city-builder Farthest Frontier. It'll be coming to PC, though no release date or window has been revealed yet. Get your first look in the announcement trailer above.

You'll hunt, harvest, fish, and farm as you craft items and strategize on the best ways to protect your village dwellers (and later town-goers and city residents as you build up your settlement) from both Mother Nature as well as external threats from other humans. A pacifist mode will be available for those who want to build their town in peace."
