Kami Retro Review (Modojo)

Most platform games feature an on-screen d-pad and buttons, but not Kami Retro. Gamevil's challenging App tasks you with guiding a group of dudes to a red door through gesture based controls, swiping the touch screen to move from points A to B. It definitely satisfies, especially if you have a soft spot for 8-bit graphics.

Pocket Gamer: Kami Retro Review

Pocket Gamer: Kami Retro, from UK indie outfit Paw Print Games, makes the transition from iOS to PlayBook with all of its chaotic grace intact.

This puzzle-platformer clearly stands on the shoulders of gaming giants, including Mario and Lemmings. However, it still manages to conjure up its own death-filled charm.

Kami Retro Released On Android For Free

Gamevil, the Korean game developers behind games such as Superstar Baseball 2 and Zenonia, have now released their hit IOS game Kami Retro onto the Android market.

Kami Retro is a Lemmings-style game in which you must lead troops to safety using all manner of objects such as springs and ropes, dodging hazards such as man eating plants and other obstacles, the game also features retro graphics along with an 8-bit inspired soundtrack, making it a must-have for critics and gamers.
