New Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D trailer

Capcom released an impressive new trailer for Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D showing Jill and Wesker in action for the first time.

So thats 31+ levels, RPG elements, online Co-Op and a demo for Revelations.

It's nice to see Nintendo catering towards both hardcore/casual again. I hope the same is true for their next console.

I've already played it and its a pretty good game, but its exactly what you expect...mercenaries, but in 3D. Not sure if it warrants its own seperate game though...I'd rather they put more work into Revelations and added mercs as an extra, just to make it a more complete package.

Well as of the moment they only have 2 gig cards to work with (obviously will improve the memory over time) so I can see why they are doing both of these separately.

tigertron u chat rubbish the game is better than when u played it chill out i heard there is 50 levels and with graphics this improved what the hell is the big announcement next month wow its got to be Monster hunter 4 on 3ds/wii

The game is better than when I played it? because there are more levels in the retail release? does that affect the gameplay? I said it plays well; the amount of levels it has is irrelevant to what I just said. Besides, I only played it a month ago.

It may have alot of levels, but mercenaries has always been more of a mini game i.e. in RE3, 4 and 5 so thats why I said I wasn't sure if it warranted its own game. I merely suggested it be an extra to Revelations with less levels obviously.

I agree. Even though the game mode will be awesome as a stand alone purchase for the handeld, it REALLY should have been a bonus unlockable mode for beating RE: Revelations.

What I'm wondering is.... What do we unlock for beating Revelations now? Mercenaries 4D? Super Mercenaries!? Beats me...

looks pretty cool especially for a portable, makes me want a 3ds, but doesn't it look like it has awkward controls. I think that nintendo should have added a second analog stick. They could have just learned from sony's mistake but they have to try it out for themselves. oh well, still awesome.

wow im glad i bought a 3ds on lanuch waiting for this looks amazing BTW anyone else notice jills face kinda diffrent then in re5 but wesker looks same i hope stars wesker there
