"The Dynasty Warriors franchise has really etched a name for itself, especially in Japan. It has branched off into numerous sequels and spin-offs full of big battles, but for the first time in its 14-year run, it has earned an M rating with Warriors: Legends of Troy, a grittier and more violent entry into the series. And where most—though not all—are based on Asian battles, this one is based on Greek mythology and takes place during the ten-year Trojan War, popularized by Homer’s The Iliad, which has become standard reading material in many high schools."

They should release a "the best" jp version of Vesperia and then just subtly add some English subtitles. That might get around any contract they have with Microsoft to not publish the game in NA.
