The Weekly Nintendo Download Report for March 21st, 2011.
So chances are that you didn’t quite enjoy WWE 2K15, and unless you’re unhealthily obsessed with it, you might find yourself yearning for something to satisfy that pro wrestling itch. With that in mind, here are some readily available alternatives that you can grab right now without digging up retro equipment.
There was a wrestling game that was supposed to come to PS3. It was announced around the time PS4 was announced. It had knockoff versions of real wrestlers i.e Bill Iceberg?
Anybody remember the name, and heard anything from it?
Edit: 5 star wrestling * I found it! Whatever happened to that game? Hope they bring it to PS4.
NLife:
"Let's be honest here: wrestling is essentially one big television drama, and that's no way an attempt to belittle the incredible athleticism of the men and women involved. It's Eastenders with a mullet and tight pants, complete with plot twists and a cast of larger than life characters to root for. These heels and faces are the reason we come back week in, week out."
"I'm sure you've already figured out what the 'D' in 'D-TANK' is, but how about what it doesn't stand for? To be sure, words like 'deep', 'daunting', 'durable', and 'dry' are not fitting, yet they isolate both positive and negative truths about the nature of the game. G.G. Series: D-TANK is about as deep as a puddle; as daunting as a barbed wire fence; as durable as a mechanical pencil; and as dry as a Phys. Ed. class. Jokes aside, although the game may not be any of those things or even free of faults, the game strikes a decent balance of gameplay that most will be pleased with." -- Wiiloveit.com
