GamingNexus has posted a review of the PSP music making game Traxxpad. It turns out that while Traxxpad is more of a music making tool than a game but it's still a blast to play.
NoBSGamers writes: "One of the biggest arguments against games is that you are just following a set path, you don't create anything. While one could make the same argument against watching TV, or even point out that at least games help you with your path planning and logic skills. That does not mean that you can't directly refute the claims that games don't let you flex your creative muscles. Here are some games that let you create your own music."
good list, for the people with CFW on their PSP I highly recommend PSP Rhythm.

Hmm, Electroplankton is also a good DS game for just messing around but it's rare and expensive, luckily enough it's being rereleased on the DSiware!
Jam Sessions looks interesting enough. What's funny is that I was thinking of getting Guitar Pro for the PC. I might as well go for Jam Sessions. Looks like all the important chords are there.
If you have an inner musician inside of you then you would actually pick up a real instrument. You cant be a musician from playing games..
And while there is room for improvement its a damn fun game(application).I'm looking forward to beaterator from rockstar that Timberland is helping make.Traxxpad 2 will be good if there is one.
