Crysis 2 demo, Hard Corps: Uprising, Parasite Eve on PlayStation Store this week

Warp Zoned writes:

"While not a full game, the biggest addition to this week's PSN update is the PS3 version of the Crysis 2 multiplayer demo. Another huge demo available this week is Mortal Kombat. The sample was made available to download for PlayStation Plus users last week, but now every PS3 owner will have a chance to test out the Mature-rated fighter. Finally, a demo of the minigame crossover PlayStation Move Heroes is also in the works for the Tuesday update."

lets see what the fuss about Crysis 2 this week on PSN.

I tried the Crysis 2 demo on PC. MUCH better improvement over the Crysis 1 MP. And to boot it does not borrow much from CoD, you actually have to earn your killstreaks.

The fact that melee isn't a one-hit-kill makes me want to suck off whoever it is that decided to do that.

I still won't buy the game for $60 though.

Hell yeah.. Can't wait to see how the PS3 version of the Crysis 2 demo compares to the 360 version.. Also Digital Foundry's face-off with the demo & full game articles as well. :)

I just know that there's going to be a few differences between the two..

Silly gameAr4798d ago

Hell yeah. I'm more psyched for the millions of comparisons then I am to play the game. Can't wait.

Hazmat134798d ago

so when is the Crysis 2 demo?

MGRogue20174798d ago (Edited 4798d ago )

It'll on the US PSN store tommorow (15th), I believe.

UK PSN store gets it on Wednesday (16th).. However, UK PSN users, like myself can use their US PSN accounts (If they have one, if not, make one.) in order to download it from the US PSN store. >:)

cool thanks bro man dude!

Neko_Mega4798d ago

Played the beta of Crysis 2, I hope the online won't be poor like it was on the 360.

Can't wait to get alot of those demos.

My favorite is always going to be Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. I know some people didn't like the addition of the run button. But, man that game is burned into my memory from childhood, lol.

That's the one I played the most as a kid. Fun times gaming on my Sega Genesis, the memories

Deception, MK2, MK9, MKX ..rest.

MK2 will always be the best in the series. Been playing a lot of MK1 lately though. Definitely enjoying it more than any other NRS era MK game.

Tankbusta40175d ago

1 and 2 were cultural phenomenon's.

I will always have a special place in my memory for MK 1 and 2. You had to be there during that era at the arcades. Martial arts tournament fighting movies were still popular, and MK 1 was exciting. Real life motion captured characters done well (unlike Pit Fighter). A cast of characters we all liked like Bruce Lee(Lui Kang), Van Damme(Johnny Cage), the Lightning god(Raiden) from Big Trouble in Little China, and Ninjas, gotta have Ninjas. Goro was menacing as hell. The MK arcade had some of the best speakers similar to Killer Instinct as you could hear the loud crisp and bassy sound that was distinctly different than other arcades. MK 2 improved greatly on the controls and fighting mechanics
