When it was announced that Insomniac Games was finally working on another Ratchet game, there was something of a mix of emotions that came with it. For one, A Crack in Time was easily one of the best games in the franchise's history, but the near-relentless pace at which the company was pumping titles out was definitely starting to put some wear and tear on the Lombax/Robot duo.
One of Insomniac Games' oddball Ratchet & Clank entries continues to be quite the staple, mainly due to its larger scope and its awesome co-op gameplay. Plus, hey, Qwark is useful here!
The RPCS3 team has announced that all the Ratchet and Clank games that were released exclusively on Playstation 3 can now run on the latest version of RPCS3. RPCS3 is the best Playstation 3 emulator that is currently under development and its incredible progress has really amazed us.

Insomniac’s original concept for what would have been its first PlayStation 2 game. When I asked if we could expect news about any other cancelled or aborted projects along the same lines of Girl With A Stick or 1080 Pinball, Price suddenly walked out of his office and came back a moment later holding a binder. It contained game concepts and preliminary art for a PlayStation 2 game called Monster Knight, a game so obscure even internally at Insomniac that long-time employees who later saw it had no idea it existed.
This game looks awesome, I love the classes and shark weapon. I really wish they would have made it. Insomniac Games is an amazing developer this game would have been fantastic.
They totally should have made this. They need to pass this on to Sony and let them make a PSN or a full fledged game out of this. I mean a game about using creatures for weapons and armor? I mean the girl has a freaking shark in her hands and she is using it as a spear, a grappling hook and a projectile weapon. How is that not awesome?
Pass off as free or sell it to them for a boatload of money seeing how their independent.
You could call that weapon a sword-fish. I don't know why, but the concept art is reminding me of Flint the Time Detective.
too bad, i like the chara design. maybe this game could live on Vita ? They released these pictures to see the gamer's reaction ? So Insomniac if you read me, YES we want this game.
Why must every game has to have a vita port or be made for it,especially from an independent developers as insomniac.

Insomniac remain close to Sony so why not bring this franchise back to life and make it a Vita exclusive IP just like Tearaway or Gravity Rush ?
it seems like they have started developing it for PS2 so upgrading the graphics a little bit and an HD filter will look gorgeous on the OLED Vita screen.
