those impressed me but i really hope this game has some sort of hardcore mode to kill off enemy tags / kill-cams. there is a lot of potential with the game,nice looking maps,seemingly fun gameplay and good weapon / character class choices. i didn't notice any type of ground explosives,hope those are included,but with all it has,not complaining too much about the loss of any.

Yes kill cams and a non kill cam modes exists in the game. There is a FAQ at the games website in community.

I don't like the enemy tags. I hate playing shooters online that show you where your enemy is at all time. Damn I can't wait for socom

It doesn't show where you are all the time. It momentarily reveals you when a drone identifies your position like spotting in bad company 2 and battlefield 2. In the commander mode it gives your position away when you kick ass but the indication of you position is misleading intentionally. You can be found in the general area though. PThe thing I hate is the broadcasting of an objective being taken.

Looks very old school to me, I really like the look of it, glad to see the graphics are just good enough but not so much so that they have to tone down the maps, big maps are a plus for me.

It doesn't do it automatically. I actual player has to be looking at the person from a recon vehicle(Which can easily be shot down), and it goes away if the recon is gone.

Looks interesting enough....I think I'm gonna get Crysis 2 first and wait for some price drops on Homefront....there appeasr to be a summer drought again (unless SWTOR comes out) so might be a good time to pick up Homefront then if people like it.

Maybe 5 hours of Campaign and 6 levels for MP? If there were free DLC levels coming and the single player didn't have assets and textures all over every level that looked like they were pulled from a PlayStation one game, I might consider it now.

Seriously, some of the environment models and textures will make you spit out your coffee.

Did you all notice this person is locked at level 5 and a redeem code was requested to unlock multiplayer? That is an anti-piracy feature. Pirated copy more likely than not.

I'm surprised none of you mentioned FRontlines which this one is emulating the most. The gfx are lower quality than BF series and slighlty better than CODs however game play looks boring compared to either of the earlier hits. Even Frontlines failed due to huge maps and less players most of the time.

Anyway hopefully a demo of MP will be there to judge.
