the movie is awesome, but i have pretty much zero interest in licenced titles. Been burned way too many times. I own Iorn man 2, for god's sake! :P

ianfelmore4805d ago

Agreed. Iron Man 2 was the end of my appreciation towards movie to game adaptations. Not that I had many to start off with.

GavinMannion4805d ago

haven't seen or heard of the movie... maybe I need to get out more

granthinds4805d ago

WHAT?! It's got the voice of Johnny Depp in it!!! Where've you been??

granthinds4805d ago

A movie tie-in?! Over 6.0/10?! Must be a typo...

Darranged4805d ago

Oh its true bru! Unlike that abomination that was the ite-in to Iron Man 2, its obvious that some serious effort was put into this title.

Ognipode4805d ago

I've heard good things about the movie, but the games usually suck some big ones. Wolverine and Afro Samurai were good though

GavinMannion4804d ago

Wolverine was one of my favourite games of last year... or was it the year before?

Massively violent while being hugely relaxing :)

To be fair, comic book games used to be AWFUL too, until Arkham Asylum came out (maybe 1 or 2 spiderman games), so there may be hope yet.

I agree, though. Most are really not very good.

Impulse Gamer - Rango Review

Impulse Gamer - Based on the amusing movie of the same name, Rango, starring the master of a million personalities, Johnny Depp, this movie-based game is actually one of the better creations of late and as we all know that movie games can sometimes be quite the stinker. At its heart Rango is a competent action platformer that is aimed at the the younger gamer as they control the chameleon sheriff.
