Namco Bandai announced Nodame Cantabile: Dream Orchestra. The original Nodame Cantabile was released on the DS and used the stylus for keeping the pace of the music.
The Wii version will feature 50 songs and a new story mode with cutscenes to play through. Nodame Cantabile: Dream Orchestra is slated to come out on December 27 in Japan.
