A Crysis 2 VS. Battlefield 3 comparison would be more logical. Both franchises are stepping into the console world and both have amazing graphics engines.

Why upgrade their engine when year after year they sell millions and millions of copies to probably 80% of the same people who buy COD the year prior. I can almost guarantee Activision has ALOT to do with the same engine being used for COD as they want to pump out CODs annually. I'm sure you will see slight graphics improvements here and there in this year's COD BUT after BF3 comes out and raises the bar I think they're going to be in trouble if they think they can continue using this same engine in the future or people are going to stop buying.

Seriously you cant compare those 2. BF3 wins hands down. You should compare BF3 with KZ3 and Crysis 2. Black Ops should be compared to BFBC2, but if you look at the graphics when dealing with the scale of BFBC2, there's no comparison. If BC2 where scaled down to CoDs environments, the frostbite engine would own it.
