Paradox presents Civil War alternative with Gettysburg: Armored Warfare

Paradox Interactive is giving PC gamers an alternative look at a historical American conflict with Gettysburg: Armored Warfare, a free-to-play, online action game that brings futuristic weapons to an alternate reality of the Civil War. The hybrid Real-time- Strategy (RTS)/ First-Person shooter (FPS) game will offer 32 vs. 32 battles with multiple game modes as Union and Confederate troops fight to change the course of history.

Gettysburg Armored Warfare Review - Explosion.com

Future men have gone back in time to the Civil War in order to change history so that the South will win the war! That’s the premise of a new indie game from Radioactive Software. Falling into the category of “I wanted to like this game”, Gettysburg Armored Warfare has a terrific concept and some great moments, but this project by a one-man dev team doesn’t live up to the potential of its concept.
