Need a new MMO obsession? Allow me to direct you to Silk Games’ NEStalgia, a free-to-play PC MMORPG in the style of everything cool about old-school RPGs like Final Fantasy and Phantasy Star.
Like other MMOs, you get a fully customizable (8-bit) character with a whole bunch of classes to choose from, from rangers to soldiers to warlocks and other casters. You can team up, wail on monsters by clicking menu options and never actually engaging them with fighting animations, and explore a top-down world map as you take on quests.

This is a rather cool rogue-like first-person shooter where you have to survive for 10 seconds by increasing your timer for each kill.
