Over the years I have played countless FPS games and I was sitting here trying to think of the most epic weapons I have ever used. You know that feeling you get when you play a game for the first time and you pick up a big ass gun and shoot it and say, “HOLY SH!T”

Well of course nothing beats the Zero Point Energy Field Manipulator (Gravity Gun) especially after the weapons disarmament program turn into something that can snatch people out of the air. ( Dark Energy Zero Point Energy Field Manipulator) or Epic Gravity Gun!

But while serving 4 tours of duty in The Zone and facing down bloodsuckers, Zombies, Pseudo Dogs, and hordes of crazy Monolith solders....

Give me Fabrique Nationale F2000 with a grenade launcher and I'm cool! called FT-200M in-game is an advanced assault rifle available in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: C

I'm a big fan of the medic healing gun from Team Fortress 2.

Good choices. Nice to not see that gears of war gun for a change.

yeah maybe its because its Gears of War is a thrid person shooter!?!?, and for that matter
Were the hell is the Crobar from Half-Life 1?
that thing came in more handy than the nuke gun from Crysis

Nice to see the redeemer on the list. It's certainly badass enough.

No Boltgun from KZ2?

What's more badass than a gun that literally bolts enemies to the walls like ragdolls?

MARKUS_MAX1MUS4809d ago

Doesnt campare to any of these and the bolt gun idea was done before that in the FEAR games.

hellraiserpop4809d ago

And before that in Painkiller.

palaeomerus4809d ago (Edited 4809d ago )

Yeah. HL2 had a heated rebar crossbow that did that too. And I think it came out after Painkiller so it was borrowing the Stake gun too.

The best part is that with the Painkiller stake gun you could jump up and stand on the stakes fora little while before they disappeared which means they COULD have used it to get around vertical parts of a level if they wanted too. The stake gun was amazing. If someone did it before Painkiller i'd like to know who because Painkiller is where I saw it first.
