Black Ops Spawn System Fails to Impress

StickSkills.com writes, "The spawn system in Call of Duty: Black Ops has been quite the subject of internet rage since shortly after the game hit store shelves, but this video may take that rage to the next level. Thanks to our friends over at Ve3tro, you're able to see footage of spawn point camping being taken to an extraordinary level."

And people pay $60 for this kind of crap every year why???

Kon4836d ago

You don't fool me. I know you'll buy the next CoD, like the rest of N4G;

Urrakia344836d ago

That's not true. I didn't buy Black Ops after getting MW2 because I knew it wasn't gonna be any better. I bet your saying that because YOU DID buy it.

VenomProject4836d ago

I didn't buy Black Ops. What now, brown cow?

Gamer_Z4836d ago

Kon dont be mad because you bought BO

seinfan4836d ago

Haven't bought a CoD since the first MW.

FanboyPunisher4836d ago

Fuck COD new game people...

NEVER SUPPORT THAT SHIT.

Dart894836d ago

Hahaha you're funny i didnt buy this crappy game i still play mw and like gamer_z said don't be mad cause you bought it xDDD.

Snack_Raccoon4836d ago

The thing is though Kon, N4G doesn't represent the entire gaming world. Every single member of M4G could not buy CoD and it would still sell millions (and millions)

roguewarrior4836d ago

i held out for 3 weeks(think Treyarc is shit dev. Spiderman3,cod3,QofS the bond game,codw@w=crap.) but there was 5 to 10 people on my friends playing Bl.ops 24/7. so i caved and bought it, i do feel like a sucker, COD:Lag Ops

NiKK_4194836d ago

COD is a competition of who has the better connection (game host is like being the dealer in black jack)

Gawdl3y4836d ago

Call of Duty's spawn system has never been worth anything. It has always been absolute crap.

meetajhu4836d ago

waste of 60$ and supporting activision. I buy coz of spend that 60$ for MP. If Single player i will go to torrents and enjoy

AzaziL4836d ago

To think, they can release another mod based on the Modern Warfare engine and it may still sell better then Battlefield 3 even if BF3 were to be the pinnacle of FPS gaming, simply through millions of dollars for marketing and customers who buy it like people who buy Madden every year. Sigh...

If I was one those two dudes with the 100+ death count.. I would have switch off my console immediately as the match ended.

like "F*ck that.." *presses power button or pulls power cord*

Screw having that sh*t on your combat record lol

f7897904836d ago

Seriously why would they stay?

evilmonkey5014836d ago

Too bad that doesn't affect your k/d ratio, just your match bonus.

dirthurts4836d ago

The spawn system is terrible. There is always someone behind me shooting me in the back just after I move.
I bought this game to play with my friend, and if it wasn't for him this game would be in the used game bin by now.

BattleAxe4836d ago

Well I know that alot of 360 users are tired of this game and are seriously considering picking up a Killzone3 PS3 bundle, and quite frankly I don't blame them.

DFresh4836d ago

Yeah either that or moving on to other online games.

starcb264836d ago

The spawn system has always been terrible, i'm pretty sure that it's always going to suck.

Motorola4836d ago

I dont think it fails to impress..I just think it fails overall..And thats from experience

Black Ops 1 Nuketown versus Cold War Nuketown '84

From DownSights: "Black Ops is not Black Ops without Nuketown. Following the tradition of releasing Nuketown for Black Ops games, the new Black Ops Cold War game also offers a revamped Nuketown called Nuketown '84.

Nuketown '84 has the same dimensions and map layout except for the aesthetics. The map's aesthetics have changed to fit the 80s theme, with destroyed buildings and graffiti-filled walls compared to a clean 50s suburban neighborhood seen in Black Ops 1."
