Andriasang: Following The Last Story's release, there's been some discussion about how much it takes for a game to be considered a hit. Here's what Imageepoch CEO Ryoei Mikage has to say on the matter.
"On its Japanese launch day, then-teenage Ryoei Mikage just happened to be wandering around a game shop, looking for something to pop into his dad’s new PlayStation — something that wasn’t Myst. This being his first time actually in such a store, he asked what the clerk thought would be good, and was thus introduced to Final Fantasy VII." -PSLS
He's a pretty young CEO, wow.
Kinda explains why Imageepoch's games have been kinda so-so to this point >_>
They're definitely getting better as they go, though. Final Promise Story looks like a typical JRPG honestly but I am cautiously optimistic about Black Rock Shooter.
Game was my second RPG. Breath of Fire III and FF7 ushered me into one of my favorite genres. Ah the times we had....
Developer Imageepoch has let loose 24 new screenshots of the upcoming RPG Final Promise Story for the PSP.
Siliconera writes "When Tale of the Last Promise goes up for download purchase on the PlayStation Network next week, some may be surprised at how quickly the download completes; Imageepoch say that the full game is only 250 MB in size."
The size of the game file does not automatically make it a big or small game if i rember zelda ocarina of time was 26mb
I would very much like this, and Last Ranker to hit EU & US shores.
very very possible. This game looks amazing
