Today, publisher Aksys Games announced that it would be launching Arcana Heart 3 on the PlayStation Network this spring. This 2D fighter features a roster composed entirely of female fighters -- 23 in all -- along with 23 "Arcana" spirits that can modify a character's fighting style with special techniques and traits.
Amazon has discounted the physical versions of several Vita games to below $20, including Akiba's Beat, Arcana Heart 3: LOVE MAX!!!!!, BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma EXTEND, Drive Girls, Tokyo Tattoo Girls and Zero Time Dilemma.

They'd have to dub it to get a NA disc release. That's not happening so they have to go digital just like with Battle Fantasia.
