The director of community Treyarch, Josh Olin, said the errors in the PlayStation 3 version of the game, are not exclusive, but cut across all platforms. Olin assured that everything is being done to remedy things.
The video on Black Ops 1 shows some separate rooms, assets, and other features which exist outside of the boundary of the game.
