New Brothers in Arms Won't Ship for Holidays

Brothers In Arms: Hell's Highway, the latest chapter in Ubisoft's World War II combat story-slash-game, will miss the 2007 holiday shipping window and is now delayed until the first few months of 2008.

France-based Ubisoft said today that the game, under development for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, will be released in the fourth quarter of the company's 2007-2008 fiscal year. In English, that means gamers can look forward to holding their brothers in their arms sometime between January and March of next year.

Just keep on our faith, my friend! SONY never fail, you can play more games next year, thank God!

We're just asking your patience a bit more.

PS360PCROCKS6086d ago

My god your a drone...this is a multi-plat game you loser, Sony's not bringing it to you Ubisoft is.

Don't even talk to him all fanboys just thrive when they think that they pissed you off. But he is the worst kind of fanboy creating a new account just to make PS3 owners look bad. You can tell every thing he says it sarcastic and just plain stupid. So SonySoldiers shut up, go back to your real account and just stay in the 360/PC/Wii forms (which ever one you have) and just be happy with your system.

The girls above are in denial, but that's fine since they're SONY/PS3 fans. We're so proud seeing them as Americans who love Japanese products! Things aren't break up easily for Japanese products like the PS3, while the X360s (US technology) are laughably fragile.. RROD!lol

We never ask for your sympathy. Do not underestimate the arrogance of Japanese products! PS3 for life.. those who deny it are in denial.

We'd rather listen to Hirai san than our fangirls who are in denial.

Well, if it will help make the game better, I have no problem with it. A game like Brothers in Arms should not be rushed.

It also would be nice to have something to look forward to in the months of January or February (a time when not too many games are released).

This game has been in develpment for a really long time now. Do you remember the nice screenshots we saw a few years back? maybe by the time they get this out the WWII theme will be fresh again.

ShiftyLookingCow6086d ago

time to cancel pre-order. I agree with Dr Pepper, this game has a lot of potential and even though WWII has been done to death, its a great place for a game if done right.

beavis4play6086d ago

that means it could potentially be launching against killzone 2, MGS4, or GTA4. not a smart move.

Ahhhh6086d ago

@beavis4play - you mean MGS4 or GTA4? But I havent seen much yet that impresses me with Killzone 2.. the first one sucked ass.. this one has good graphics dont get me wrong but the lil bit of gameplay iv seen.. looks okay.. and looks really easy..=/

KZ2 is the greatest FPS on the planet, please don't make stupid comments like that.

We have to think beyond, be positive, and wait for things with a greater anticipation. Got that??

Remember, Playstation kicks more butts!..

Brothers in Amrs and Earned in Blood were brilliant. The amount of passion that went into them by Gearbox, who was then a young company, was incredible. The franchise just died after that which is sad. Hell's Highway just wasn't made with the same passion. And let's not talk about the cancelled BiA4, that looked so wrong on so many levels.

You Can Find A Hidden Cat That Shoots Lasers In Brothers In Arms: Hell's Highway

Some Easter eggs and secrets aren’t actually that hard to find. Sometimes they are even connected to achievements or trophies in-game, making them very easy to locate. But some secrets are much harder to find and honestly make me wonder how anyone ever finds these things.
