New PSP game in Ratchet & Clank series

Although not making an appearance at the actual show, at a pre-TGS media event Sony has announced Secret Agent Clank, a new PSP game in the Ratchet & Clank series.

According to reports from the event the new title will move away from the traditional Ratchet & Clank gameplay that fans of the series have come to expect.

Early details have revealed a stage in which Clank is jumping through laser grids in what plays out like a rhythm action title and a boss battle in which players get to take control of Captain Quark.
