For years we have been playing in games with hackers, modders and straight cheaters. I have seen modded logos, emblems, weapons, weapon abilities, killstreaks, controllers, leaderboard fixing, going outside of the map and lag switching. I am sure that the list goes on much further than that. The point is that there has never been any true consequence for tampering with the games in these ways. Maybe a person would be banned under a certain gamer tag and lose their account stats, but that has been the extent of the punishment for these actions.

Actually Black Ops had more innovation than Mw3, altough i like Mw series gameplay, maps and guns better i have to admit when it comes to innnovation Treyarch is winning the fight over IW. The emblems customization, the weapons customization and alot more were awesome additions to Cod that IW didnt put in Mw3... I wonder why
