Letters from Nowhere began when Audrey found a letter supposedly written by her husband who disappeared under very mysterious circumstances. Where is her husband, and who, or what, is sending her these letters? As she follows the trail to get information, she discovers the disappearance is much more entwined than imagined. The game concludes with the spirit of the dead postman who promises to lead her to Patrick.
Letters From Nowhere: A Hidden Object Mystery is a satisfying adaptation of the franchise, it is great to look at and fun to play, also, did we mentioned that it is also not overpriced?
There’s a stop/start effect to Letters From Nowhere that means it’s sometimes tricky to get attached to. While there are things to do, and it’s a quite entertaining if shallow Hidden Object game, that energy bar seems to reduce to 0 far too quickly.
Letters from Nowhere 2, the upcoming sequel to the original Letters from Nowhere game, is almost here and promises to be as mysterious and atmospheric as the first installment.
